Milwaukee, WI

We had a great dinner and breakfast at the host church, and we left there about 9am. We dropped the trailer at the place we're straying tonight in Milwaukee,  and went into the city to the Milwaukee Art Museum. It is a beautiful building with "wings" that open and close several times a day.

We saw many famous artworks by Georgia O'Keefe, Andy Warhol, Alexander Caulder, and several others.

Tenrick found a cowboy hat at the museum, which he promptly bought (thanks Pop-Pop!).

We also visited the Public Market,  which is an indoor marketplace with local foods, similar to the Reading Terminal Market in Philly! We all had different things for lunch,  and walked around the city a bit.  We are staying at the Straz Tower,  which is a dorm at a university downtown.

The views are amazing! In fact, as we looked out our windows, we caught several riders coming in.

Tomorrow we take the ferry across lake Michigan...
